Shredded potato with vinegar

Step 1: Shred a potato with a knife or use a grater. After cutting, soak in water for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse 2-3 times. Soaking removes the starch from the potato. This makes the potato more crunchy when fried.

Step 2: Cut 2 to 3 cloves of garlic and set aside. You can also add green and red peppers for more spice if you like (not recommended for children).

Step 3: Pour in the right amount of oil and turn on the heat. When the oil temperature is about 70 degrees Celsius stir fry the garlic. Add the shredded potatoes and stir fry.

Step 4: Add a bit of vinegar. The right amount of salt and 5 grams of sugar. Stir-fry evenly for about 1-2 minutes. And to finish add the appropriate amount of oil for consumption.
